《为了自由呼吸的教育》

The Book An Education For Free Breath Led by Limai School Communist Party President Yang.

这个寒假，在高中部杨书记的号召与带领下，高中全体教师潜心研读李希贵校长经典著作《为了自由呼吸的教育》。近期，这场酝酿已久的思想盛宴在未来教室精彩启幕，教师们以书会友，共话教育初心。

This winter vacation, under the call and leadership of President Yang, all the teachers of high school department went to a trip of education and philosophy and studied li Xigui's classic book, Education for Free Breath. On February 21st, this long-brewing feast of thought opened in the AI room. Teachers wrote to their friends and talked about the original intention of education together.

教育的本质是唤醒

分享上，杨书记说了这样一段引人深思的话：

“教育不是灌输，而是点燃火焰；不是塑造标准件，而是让每个生命自由舒展。《为了自由呼吸的教育》让我们看见，真正的教育应如春风化雨，尊重差异、激发潜能。愿每一位老师都能在书中找到‘破卷’之力，让课堂、让班级、让学校成为学生自由呼吸的天地。”

“Education is not indoctrination, but enlightening; not shaping standards, but letting each life stretch freely.Education for Free Breath shows us that real education should be like spring breeze, respecting differences and stimulating potential. May every teacher can find the power of solving the problems in the book, let the class, the classroom, and the school become the world for students to breathe freely.”

共读·从理论到实践

书中以真实案例串联教育改革脉络，既有高屋建瓴的思考，也有脚踏实地的实践指南。

几位教师阅后对于深耕教育沃土很有感触，上台分享了自己的见解与成长。

As the representative work of the series of Chinese Contemporary Educators, the book connects the context of education reform with real cases, which has both a strategic thinking and a down-to-earth practical guide. Teachers take the winter vacation as the plough to deeply cultivate the fertile soil of education:

朱老师

动情诠释“看见每个孩子”的育人哲学，引发我们思考如何从课程选择、课堂教学及评价体系等方面引导学生找到属于自己的成长之路。

Ms.Zhu explained the educational philosophy of Seeing Every Child emotionally, which triggered us to think about how to guide and help our students to find their own growth pathway from the aspects of curriculum selection, class teaching and evaluation system.

王老师

从“教育平等”视角出发，呼吁教师“蹲下来倾听学生心声”，从学生的角度出发看待问题。

From the perspective of Education Equality, Ms. Wang called for squatting down to listen to the voices of students.

李老师

学校教学环境和课程对学生和教师的双重滋养，以及个人对教育理想变为现实的欣慰与认同。期盼“让学生在自信中成长，教师在阳光下工作”这种幸福的教育生态继续发扬。

Looking forward to letting students grow up in confidence, and letting teachers work in the sunshine, this kind of happy education ecology continues to carry forward.

曹老师

结合班主任经验，提出班主任智慧在于把“灭火器”变成"助燃剂”。

Ms Cao combined with the experience of the homeroom teacher, put forward that the wisdom of the homeroom teacher is to turn the “fire extinguisher” into the “fuel agent”.

崔老师

受书中启发，将自己一贯的‘禁止式’教育转变为‘引导式’教育，用正向引导替代消极限制，为学生提供更加丰富的选项以及更大的自由度。

Inspired by the book, Ms.Cui changed her consistent “forbidden” education into “guided” education, replacing negative restrictions with positive suggestions, so that students can have more choices and greater freedom during break time.

路老师

以“创新课堂”破题，分享以学生为主的教学实践案例，从实际出发去引导孩子。

Ms Lu took the “innovative classroom” as the topic and shared the student-oriented teaching practice cases.

让教育回归本真

听完各位老师的分享后，杨书记以“三个回归”升华了这次分享会的目的与意义：

回归教育初心——以尊重成全成长；

回归教师使命——以智慧点燃希望；

回归育人本质——以自由孕育创新。

希望在新的学期，老师们能够提升自己，学习新的技能，利用新时代AI科技来辅助探究式的课堂，实现跨学科的融合，从而助力学生的个性化发展。

"This sharing makes us return to the original aspiration of education —— to respect for growth; return to the mission of teachers ——to ignite hope with wisdom; return to the essence of education ——to breed innovation with freedom. Looking forward that every teacher can become a ‘breathing window' for students to grow up in this semester, so that education can truly reach the soul.”

This sharing session is not only a sublimation of educational concepts, but also a power of practice in the new semester:With the help of AI, practice the “differentiated teaching” class，Building a personalized higher education system with “student’s growth file” ，Carry out the enabling teaching practice with the“interdisciplinary integration course”.
