Exceptional Awareness Week took place last week at CISK and was a vibrant and inclusive celebration dedicated to recognizing and honoring the unique abilities, contributions, and potential of every individual. Throughout the week, the CISK community engaged in a variety of activities and discussions designed to foster understanding, empathy, and appreciation for differences and adopted the motto “Differences not Deficits.”

Students participated in interactive sessions that highlighted the strengths and talents of their peers, while educators and guest speakers shared insights on inclusivity and the importance of creating supportive environments for all. This special week not only raised awareness but also strengthened the school’s commitment to kindness, respect, and equity, ensuring that every member of the community continues to feel valued and empowered to succeed.
