五年级奇妙旅程

之 “中学生活一日游”

This week, our Grade 5 (G5) students had a special chance to experience “A Day in the Life at Secondary” where they spent a day at school as secondary students!

本周，我们五年级的学生拥有一个特别的机会体验了“中学生活的一天”，也就是作为中学生在学校度过一天！

Throughout the day, our secondary students were paired with the G5 students as their buddies. The G5 students followed their secondary buddies to explore the daily schedule of secondary school. This included attending advisory classes, experiencing subjects like social studies and science, and getting acquainted with elective courses—all of which were new to the G5 students. They actively participated in classroom discussions and activities alongside their secondary buddies. This firsthand experience proved immensely valuable for the G5 students, providing them with insights into what to expect in the next stage of their academic journey.

在这一天当中，我们的中学生与五年级的学生作为伙伴进行配对。五年级的学生们跟随中学的小伙伴们一起探索中学的日常生活。五年级学生们从中收获了很多新奇的体验，包括了参加班会课，社会学研究和科学等科目课堂，并且了解了选修课程的内容。课堂上，他们与中学的小伙伴们积极参与课堂讨论和活动。这种亲身体验对五年级学生来说是非常有意义的，让他们对于下一阶段的学术旅程有了更多的概念与理解。

AXIS highly values the campus life of every student and their progress as they move through each grade. This special “A Day in the Life at Secondary” plan is designed to assist G5 students in making a seamless transition to Grade 6 and embark on their learning journey in secondary school.
